Double-bevel cutting blade

Classical sharpening : remove metal equally from both sides of the blade so as to achieve a renewed edge of acute angle.

Advice on the metal to be removed in function of the type and blade-edge being sharpened.

For each type of sharpening, follow the original grinding angles of the blade.
